The study and test session will be at our shack at 805 Hwy 91, Elizabethton, TN (which is approximately 3.5 miles north of the 19E\/Rte 91 interchange) on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. There is no cost for this study session.<br \/>\nTests will be given following the study session. There is a $15.00 fee due to the VEC at the time of test (please bring exact cash) and a $35.00 fee due to the FCC before a callsign is issued. When taking the Technician test, you must first obtain a FRN number from the FCC website. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/wireless\/support\/knowledge-base\/universal-licensing-system-uls-resources\/getting-fcc-registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/wireless\/support\/knowledge-base\/universal-licensing-system-uls-resources\/getting-fcc-registration<\/a>.
